NC Rugby Academy is a community-driven program dedicated to developing rugby players across North Carolina. We provide a supportive, inclusive environment where athletes can learn the game, build confidence, and grow both on and off the field—whether they are new to rugby or continuing their development.
Our experienced coaches focus on strong fundamentals, skill development, and game understanding while fostering a culture built on teamwork, respect, and accountability. We work with athletes at multiple stages of their journey, including youth, high school, and young adults, helping each player reach their potential in a way that fits their goals.
At NC Rugby Academy, we believe rugby is more than just a sport—it’s a way to bring people together, build character, and strengthen our community. We are proud to support athletes and families across the region while helping grow the game throughout North Carolina.

Our mission is to grow the game of rugby in North Carolina by providing inclusive, high-quality opportunities for athletes to develop their skills, confidence, and love for the sport.
